The Mirror Which Flatters Not

What is life? What is life for, exactly? There are questions that many people ask themselves on a daily basis. Everyone's life is different, and I don't have the answers for knowing what everyone's life is for, what it leads to, or why they are on this Earth. I don't even have the answers for my own life. But, I do believe that everyone has a purpose in life. Everyone is here on this Earth for a reason. We, as people, often spend too much time worrying about what we look like, and what kind of people we are on the outside, while not realizing that who we are on the inside is tenfold compared to the outside. We are almost always too concerned about flattering people on the outside, that we completely forget we have an inside. Next time you look into the mirror, look beyond yourself, look beyond your physical traits. Because the most flattering thing about anyone is their heart. Every person has one, and every person's is unique. Don't take one single breath in life for granted, because life can easily be taken away with one breath. To anyone who reads this, I challenge you to look beyond yourself, look beyond your physical traits, and find out the person that you truly are. Your life is beautiful. Embrace what you have, believe in what you believe is right, and love uncontrollably. Tomorrow may never come, and if I knew that I wouldn't have a tomorrow, I would make sure that I lived my life for the person that I truly am on the inside, not for what people saw me as on the outside. The mirror is not always flattering, but it can be if you know who you truly are. I love all of you
